To staff our new Operating System Research Center we are immediately looking for several full-time Linux kernel developers (m/f). As OSRC Linux Kernel developer you are working with the Linux Kernel community to improve Linux and Linux Kernel support for AMD processors. You will also support our chip designers to improve our next generation processors. You will be able to spend a substantial part of your work time doing fun stuff and will shape the development of exciting new technologies. This position is associated with AMDs Operating System Research Center. Place of work will be in Dresden, Germany.

Requirements:
  • Previous active involvement in Linux Kernel development
  • Excellent knowledge of C
  • Good knowledge of common scripting languages
  • Good knowledge of Linux and Unix system tools
  • Desire to learn
  • Careful and reliable working style
  • Capacity for teamwork
