| Job description: | The AMD Operating System Research Center strongly supports the education of IT students. We have a small number of positions for interns to gain some work experience in direct cooperation with our Research Center staff. We also offer the possibility to write a Diploma or Master's thesis.
Internships can be made in our OS Kernel, Virtualization, or System
Integration team and can involve software implementation, benchmarking, or architecture research.

| Remarks for staff selection: | AMD strongly supports the personal development and continuous education of its employees. The OSRC is looking for people who enjoy encountering new challenges and trying out new approaches just as well as developing software that works and is used.
Please include a printout of some sample code that you have written yourself in your application. The example should be 150 - 300 lines of code and illustrate the style and quality of your programming work.
It should be written in C, C++ or x86/x86-64 assembler and does not need to be a complete programm.
Your complete application should be submitted as a single PDF file. |
